Terms of Service

Vaultrix provides platform access, dashboard tools, onboarding support, exchange/broker connection flows, bot/model access management, billing tools, referral tracking, market updates, support tools, and admin-managed operational systems.

Vaultrix does not hold client funds, does not process deposits or withdrawals, and does not act as a broker, exchange, investment advisor, or fund manager.

• Client funds remain with the connected broker or exchange.
• Vaultrix does not custody user funds.
• Vaultrix does not process deposits.
• Vaultrix does not process withdrawals.
• Users are responsible for their own broker/exchange accounts.

• Trading involves risk.
• Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• Users may lose money.
• Vaultrix does not guarantee profits, returns, or outcomes.
• Market updates are educational/platform information only and are not financial advice.

• Crypto users keep funds in their own exchange account.
• Vaultrix may connect through user-approved API access.
• Withdrawal permission should never be enabled.
• Vaultrix does not need withdrawal access.
• Users are responsible for API permissions and account security.
• Crypto/bot access may pause if required Vaultrix fees are unpaid after the grace period.

• FX users complete setup through the regulated broker.
• The broker handles deposits, withdrawals, KYC, compliance, and account controls.
• Vaultrix records broker-side payout information only after Vaultrix receives eligible broker-side revenue.
• Vaultrix does not custody FX funds.

• Access package fees are platform access/license fees.
• They are not deposits.
• They are not trading funds.
• They are not investment balances.
• Performance/service fees may apply separately where applicable.
• Pricing may change.

• Referral rewards are not guaranteed.
• No one is paid for signup or recruitment alone.
• Referral rewards are only generated from eligible Vaultrix revenue actually received.
• If a referred user does not pay Vaultrix, no referral reward is generated from that unpaid amount.
• Referral rewards may be eligible, pending, paid, or cancelled.
• Payouts are reviewed and processed by Vaultrix.
• Vaultrix may change referral rates, eligibility, or program rules.

• Payouts may be processed manually or off-platform.
• Payout method notes/references may be stored for tracking.
• Sensitive bank/card information should not be submitted unless Vaultrix explicitly provides a secure method.
• Payouts can be cancelled or adjusted if revenue is reversed, refunded, disputed, or incorrectly recorded.

Referral payouts are normally reviewed once eligible rewards reach the minimum payout threshold. Early payout requests may be reviewed manually and may include a processing fee. Vaultrix may change payout thresholds, fees, eligibility rules, and referral program terms.

Users are responsible for:

• accurate account information
• secure exchange/broker credentials
• understanding trading risk
• paying applicable Vaultrix fees
• not granting withdrawal API permission
• complying with broker/exchange terms
• complying with applicable laws

Vaultrix may pause, suspend, revoke, or limit access for: unpaid fees, unsafe API permissions, suspected misuse, chargebacks/disputes, violation of terms, compliance concerns, or security concerns.

This does not mean Vaultrix controls user funds. Funds remain with the connected broker or exchange.

Refunds are reviewed under the Refund Policy and are not guaranteed unless required by applicable law.

Vaultrix is provided on an "as available" basis. Vaultrix is not liable for trading losses, broker/exchange issues, market volatility, API failures, user configuration errors, third-party service outages, or losses outside Vaultrix's direct control.

Vaultrix may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
