Refund Policy

1. Overview
This policy covers:
- Access package payments
- Platform/service fees
- Crypto performance/service invoices
- Referral-related adjustments
2. Access Package Fees
Access package fees are one-time platform access/license fees. Refund requests may be reviewed manually. Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by applicable law.
3. Crypto Performance / Service Fees
Crypto performance/service fees are based on eligible tracked activity and/or platform billing rules. If a user believes a fee is incorrect, they should open a Fee Calculation Dispute support ticket.
4. Fee Calculation Disputes
- Users can submit a support ticket from the dashboard.
- Vaultrix may review relevant account/performance/billing records.
- An access pause may still apply if fees remain unpaid unless Vaultrix manually pauses enforcement or resolves the dispute.
- Corrections may be issued where appropriate.
5. Chargebacks / Payment Disputes
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:
- Access pause
- Account review
- Cancellation of related referral rewards
- Reversal of commissions
- Support review
6. Referral Rewards and Refunds
If revenue is refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, or cancelled, related referral rewards or payouts may be cancelled, reversed, withheld, or adjusted. Early payout processing fees may be non-refundable once a payout is processed.
7. How to Request a Refund Review
Contact support@vaultrix.com or open a support ticket inside the dashboard.
Please include:
- Account email
- Payment or invoice reference
- Reason for the request
- Relevant screenshots or details
8. No Trading Loss Refunds
Vaultrix does not refund trading losses, market losses, broker/exchange losses, user trading decisions, or third-party service issues outside Vaultrix's control.
9. Changes
Vaultrix may update this policy from time to time. See the Terms of Service for general account terms.
This policy should be reviewed by legal counsel before public launch.
